Adding an individual attendee record

Bulk importing helps when you need to load a high volume of new records all at once (e.g. list of attendees from a third-party registration site, sponsors from a spreadsheet, etc.), we also understand event organiser will have the moment when sporadically entering a low volume of new records. 

 

You may want to add an attendee record one by one when:

  • Manually entering data to create a single new record in the system (e.g. adding a new attendee)
  • Done through user interface forms and submitting the data
  • Good for occasional or one-off additions

1. Confirm adding 1 attendee record. On Attendee page, you can click +Invite Attendees, by selecting Add attendees directly to the event, you will see the option of Add an Attendee

2. Fill in the attendee information. Based on the fields you may have created by managing fields (how to create custom fields), you can now input the information of the attendees.

Note: Depending on different event types (In-person/Hybrid/Virtual), there will be compulsory default fields needed when adding an attendee record.

3. Refresh the Attendee page. You can now refresh the page and see the new attendee record is created on the system. Further actions such as sending emails, copying the QR code link etc are all supported.
