Connecting hardware devices for physical check in

Physical event check-in is one of the most crucial parts of an event. Make your check-in process quick, seamless, and efficient so your guests start to have a great experience at the start of your event. It all starts with being well prepared with your check-in device, check-in app and printer.

Recommendations:

  • For Physical check-in, it is recommended to have 1 pocket wifi (with network) linked with 2 iPads and 1 printer (suggest Brother QL 820)
  • For events having an estimate of 300 attendees or less, it is highly recommended to have 4 iPads, 2 pocket wifi and 2 printer (suggest Brother QL 820)and extra name badge sticker rolls for a smoother reception check-in experience.
  • For longer running hours of the event, please remember to have chargers for iPads or pocket wifi
