Configuring General Settings
You can manage your basic setting for your virtual event in the General Settings section. You must be the event administrator to configure these features.
This article contains the following sections:
How to add or edit your event name, date, and timezone
General Settings include options to manage your event name, start time, end time, timezone, available locales, concurrent access, and setting your theme color.
To configure your General Settings
1. In your OCMS (Organizer Content Management System), click the menu sidebar, and select General Settings
2. Configure your
a. Event Name
b. Start Time
c. End Time
d. and Timezone
3. Click Save on the side to save your work
How to add or edit any additional language for your event
If you are running a multiple languages event, you may feel free to add any additional languages to your event. (it might incur additional charge, please consult with your account manager for more details)
To configure any additional languages
1. In General Settings, scroll to Available Locales
2. Add or Remove your preferred languages
3. Click Save on the side to save your work.
How to set multiple logins using same access link
If you would like to have multiple logins to access the event with the same access link, you may turn on the Concurrent Access.
To configure Concurrent Access
1. In General Settings, scroll to Concurrent Access
2. Toggle left to turn off, or toggle right to turn on multiple logins
3. Click Save on the side to save your work
How to set your theme color
If you would like to change the theme color for your event, you may feel free to adjust your theme color with your HEX colour code or RGB color code.
To configure your theme color
1. In General Settings, scroll down to Theme Color section
2. Use the color picker or your exact HEX/RGB colour code to change your theme color
3. Click Save on the side to save your work.
