Join Event by Invitation Email (unpublished)

In some instances, the organizer will hold an invite-only event. In this case, attendees need to follow these steps to join the private event:

 

Step 1: Check Email. The organizer will send the invitation by email.

Step 2: Open the invitation email.

Step 3: Click the "Register Now" button in the invitation email.

 

 

Step4: Once you click the "Register Now" button, you will be directed to the event site.

 

Step 4: Click the " Join Now" button.

 

Step 5: It will direct you to the login page

 

Step 6: You need to log in to the account using the invited email address only. For initial login, you need to sign up first. Just click "Sign Up Now"

 

Step 7: You can sign with your invited email address with a password or Google. Click "Sign up" when you finished.

 

Step 8: After creating an EventX account, in some cases, you are asked to fill up a registration form before entering the event. If this is the case, you will need to completely fill out the form and "Next" to process.

 

Step 9: Click "Enter Event" to confirm you are going to join the event.

Reminder: If the event has not started yet, the "Enter event" button is greyed out. Attendees won't be able to enter the event site until 15 mins before the event start time. You will also receive an email reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the event starts. If you would like to add the event to your calendar, please click on "Add to Calendar" and select the calendar you use.
