Attendee E-business Card

Minimize the hassle of exchanging actual business cards which could possibly get lost or misplaced. EventX now introduces the lead capture feature which enables all attendees to quickly scan that QR code on the name badge to collect attendee information.

NOTE: To avail of this feature please contact your sales manager.

Using the Lead Capture feature.
Step 1: Login to the event. You may login from the confirmation email received by clicking the enter event button.



Step 2: You will be directed to the Landing Page. Click Enter Event button.


Step 3: Notice the Scan attendee button at the bottom and Lead capture list to check the list of captured attendees. To scan attendee QR code just tap Scan attendee.

To view the list of scanned names, click Lead capture list.


Exported Lead Capture list on Attendee side will be sent to the attendee's registered email.
