Leveraging Form Fields (library) for Efficient Form Building

 As an event organizer, creating registration and survey forms for your attendees is an important task, but also can be time-consuming. Our event registration form provides "Form Fields" to simplify and streamline your form-building process.

What is Form Fields (library)?

Form Fields allows you to save a set of standardized fields on a particular topic to reuse across multiple forms. 

The key benefits of using Form Fields Libraries include:

  • Time savings - No need to recreate commonly used fields for each new form. Just select and add libraries of reusable fields
  • Standardized data - Using the same fields across multiple forms leads to consistent data that is easier to analyze and compare.Standardized data - Using the same fields across multiple forms leads to consistent data that is easier to analyze and compare.
  • Central management - Update or correct a field in the library, and it will automatically update all the forms using that library.
  • Validated responses - Configure validation, dropdown options, conditional logic, etc. for each field in the library. Then those rules will apply wherever that field is used.

To use a Form Field:

  1. go to registration form edit / config page 
  2. then you can see the 6 default field: Full name / Job title / Organization / Contact Number / City / Country ; these fields are not allow to revise atm, when you use these fields the title langugage  will automatically change with the ones your attendee selected
  3. you can also add new fields, now we provide 3 types & 6 differents fields for you to use, if you enbale the multi event language, you can config the different language field title by changing tabs 
    • selection type: single choice / multi choice / dropdown
    • text type: short text / long text
