Event Attendees, Event Managers, Speakers, Exhibitors and Booth Representatives from China will now enjoy a more simple and direct account sign up and login flow with their mobile no. on EventX platform.

If our platform detects the user's IP address is from Mainland China, the user will be switched to the China account sign up, event login (with/without magic link) and reset password flow automatically. 

来自中国的活动参与者、活动管理员、演讲者、参展商和参展代表现在可在 EventX 平台上使用手机号码享受更简单直接的帐户注册和登入流程。

如果我们的平台检测到用户的IP地址来自中国大陆，用户将自动切换到中国的帐户注册，活动登录（有/无魔术链接）和重置密码流程。

Sign up an account or Activate your role when joining an event

加入活动时注册帐户或激活您的角色

Step 1:  Enter your mobile no and click "Send" to request a verification code in the account sign up page. (For Event Managers, Speakers, Exhibitors and Booth Representatives, you will access the login page by clicking the action button in the invitation email send to your inbox.)

第一步：输入您的手机号，点击“发送”，在账户注册页面申请验证码。 （对于活动管理员、演讲者、参展商和参展代表，您将通过点击发送到您收件箱的邀请电子邮件中的操作按钮以进入登录页面。）

Step 2: Input the verification code within 60 seconds

第二步：请在60秒内输入验证码

Step 3: Input your account name, email address and setup password, and click the checkbox "Read to accept User Agreement and Private Policy" , click "Register" to complete the account sign up process.

第三步：输入您的账户名、邮箱地址和设置密码，点击“阅读以接受用户协议和隐私政策”选框，点击“注册”以完成账户注册过程。

Step 4: Upon successful account sign up, you can continue the steps required, e.g. registration for attendees.

第四步：成功注册帐户后，您可以继续执行所需的步骤，例如：与会者登记。

Login for the event 登录参加活动

There are 3 ways to login for China users and users swap among the 3 login methods by clicking the login method under the "Log in" button in the login page

中国用户有3种登录方式，用户在登录页面点击“登入”按钮下的登录方式可在3种登录方式之间切换

• Login with mobile no 用手机号登入
• Login in with email 用邮箱登入
• Login with SMS 用短信登入

1. Login with mobile no 用手机号登入

Simply select the area code and enter the mobile phone number and your password to log in.

只需选择区号并输入手机号码和密码即可登入。

2. Login email 用邮箱登入

If you prefer to login with your account email and password, you can click the "Login with email under the "Log in" button. Simply enter the email address and password to log in. 

如果您想使用您的帐户邮箱和密码登录，您可以点击“登入”按钮下的“邮箱登录”。只需输入邮箱地址和密码即可登入。

3. Login with SMS 用短信登入

Click the "Login with SMS" tab, enter your mobile phone number and click "Send" to receive the verification code via SMS.

Input the verification code and click "Log in" to complete the login process.

点击“短信登录”标签，输入您的手机号码，点击“获取验证码”，通过短信接收验证码。

输入验证码并点击“登入”以完成登入过程。

Reset Password 重置密码

To reset your password, select the area code, enter the mobile phone number and click "Send" for the verification code.

Input the verification code and then enter your new password. Click Confirm to complete the password reset process.

如要重置密码，请选择区号然后输入手机号码，点击“获取验证码”以接收验证码。

输入验证码，然后输入新密码。 点击确认以完成密码重置过程。
