Customer Support Channels (WeChat/Slack)

We provide 3 official support channels for each Organisation, that signed contract with EventX.

With our dedicated support channels customized for your organization, you'll get helpful assistance tailored specifically to your products and events. Our support team assigned to your account, including product managers, customer success staff, and engineers, will have in-depth knowledge of your unique offerings and needs. This enables them to provide timely, relevant support, troubleshoot issues quickly, and offer suggestions to improve your customer's experience.

 

  1. WeChat Group

    1. Prerequisite: You will need to have a WeChat account
    2. Share your own WeChat QR code or the registered phone number to the Onboarding manager. Our onboarding manager will invite you in the corresponding WeChat group.
    3. Support in the group: Product Manager, Customer Success, Support engineers
    4. Expected reply time: <30 mins in weekday

  2. Slack Channel

    1. Prerequisite: You will need to register a Slack account using your email address
    2. Support in the channel: Product Manager, Customer Success, Support engineers
    3. Expected reply time: <4 hours in weekday
    4. Please share your email address to on onboarding manager, our onboarding manager will invite you to the Slack channel.
  3. General Support

    1. Support in the channel: Customer Success
    2. Expected reply time: <4 hours in weekday
    3. You can still reach out to our general support in email and WhatsApp, after logged in to the user portal.
