Post-event Survey For Attendees

To gain valuable insights from your attendees about the event through the post-event survey, follow these steps:

Step 1: After logging in to the organizer portal, go to Event Settings, under Event Setting , click on the  General Settings tab

Step 2: Scroll down and click on Enable Post Event Survey button. Please remember to click the SAVE button.

Note:

  1. The survey supports standard questions only and does not support customized questions.

  2. The survey appears 5 minutes before the event end time (using attendee local time zone), the schedule of the survey is by default and cannot be changed.

  3. Attendees can choose to abandon the survey

Attendee View on the Post Event Survey

Once the organizer enables the Post Event Survey successfully, it will be shown to the attendees 5 minutes before the event end time as below. Attendees are able to choose whether to skip or submit the survey.





Post Event Survey Report

After the attendees have completed the Post Event Survey, under Analytics, the organizer may check the result:

  • Number of attendees who filled in the survey

  • Average Rating

After the attendees have completed the Post Event Survey, the organizer may go through the specific answers given by each attendee. To view the responses, from the attendee list you may scroll horizontally to find the survey questions and responses.
