Request Event Ticketing Payout

When using EventX's shared Stripe account, EventX will collect all payments on behalf of the event organizer. Once the event has ended, organizers can then request for a payout from EventX.

Details 

Send an email to finance@eventx.io with the following:
  1. Subject: Event Ticket Payout Request 
  2. Event Name and ID:
  3. Organization name: For more info on how to obtain this, please refer to this article.
  4. Contact Person:
  5. Contact Phone Number:
  6. Beneficiary Bank Name:
  7. Beneficiary Account Number:
  8. Bank Address and SWIFT Code:

Our finance team will process your request and communicate with you via email to confirm the final payment amount.

A report that includes the items below will be provided:
  1. Event details (event name, time, etc.)
  2. How many people paid for the event
  3. The total amount of the payment
  4. % of service charge
  5. Currency of the payment

Lead Timeline

  1. It will take 2 working days to send out the ticket report once EventX receives your request via email. 
  2. Once the organizer confirms the ticketing report and returns with signature and company stamp, it will take 20 working days to payout to the client's bank account.
