When logged in to the Organizer portal. On the event dashboard you will immediately see the Organization attendee quota data. This quota counts registered/attended attendees. This information helps organizers determine how much of the quota is still available or was already used.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
The organizer can import the invited list to the EventX platform and send out the invitation email to invitees.
Step 1: Go to Attendee List in organizer portal, click on "Invite Attendees"
Step 2: Select "Send email invitation to attendees"
Step 3: There are two ways to invite attendees
Type attendee's email, contact number (optional) and tick I want to send SMS invitation to the user if wants to send SMS. Click on "Send" to send out invitation email/SMS automatically.
Step 1: Download the CSV template provided and fill in the attendee’s details
Note: Attendee details for importing only support - Name & Email Address
Step 2: Upload CSV File
Step 3: Toggle on "Send Confirmation email", attendees will receive a confirmation email and SMS from EventX System.
