Configuring Site Settings

You can manage your Open Graph (OG)’s setting for your virtual event in the Site Settings section. You must be the event administrator to configure these features.

This article contains the following sections:

  • How to add or edit your OG’s title, image, and description
  • How to add or edit your Google Tag Manager ID
  • How to add or edit your Zendesk ID

How to add or edit your Open Graph’s title, image, and description

Site Settings include options to manage your OG’s settings and third party service settings for Google Tag and Zendesk.

To configure your Site Settings

1. In your OCMS (Organizer Content Management System), click the menu sidebar, and select Site Settings

2. Configure your OG details to allow your virtual event to become a rich object on social media or sharing via communication messengers.

         a. OG Title

         b. OG Image url

         c. OG Description

3. After editing your OG’s details, the below example will be shown when you share with your peers.

4. Your edits will be automatically saved by itself.

 

How to add or edit your Google Tag Manager ID

If you would like to add various Javascript tracking codes (also known as Tags), you may feel free to add Google Tag Manager to your virtual event site.

To configure your Google Tag Manager ID (GTM)

1. In your OCMS (Organizer Content Management System), click the menu sidebar, and select Site Settings

2. Configure your GTM ID

3. Your edits will be automatically saved by itself.

How to add or edit your Zendesk ID

If you would like to add Zendesk - Helpdesk Software, you may feel free to add Zendesk ID to your virtual event site.

 

To configure your Zendesk ID

4. In your OCMS (Organizer Content Management System), click the menu sidebar, and select Site Settings
