We regret to inform you that the EventX 1.0 platform will be discontinued as of February 28, 2025. After thorough evaluation, we have chosen to remove this feature to concentrate our efforts on improving other areas of the EventX experience. EventX 2.0 will serve as the new successor to the 1.0 platform. For further details, please reach out to our sales team.

Important Dates for EventX 1.0 Platform Transition

  • October 31, 2024: Deadline for Data Export from the 1.0 Platform
  • November 1, 2024: No New Event cannot be created on 1.0 Platform
  • November 11, 2024: Access to EventX 1.0 Platform will be revoked
  • February 28, 2025: Sunset of the 1.0 Platform
Please note that the "Back to Classic" button will be removed on October 31, 2024. If you require an extension for access to the 1.0 platform, please inform our Customer Support team. We encourage you to export your EventX 1.0 data before the October 31, 2024 deadline.
