Usage Limits on EventX

General

  1. Each event supports up to 10K attendees regardless of roles, attendee status, invitation channels
  2. Number of attendee custom fields in a event: Under 20

Registration form

  1. Max 30 custom fields on each registration form
  2. Max 40 ticket types on each registration form

 Web App Push Notification

  1. iOS Only

EventX Livestreaming Tool

  1. Doing live session by mobile is not supported
  2. Live recording supports up to 50 concurrent sessions across events
  3. Supports up to 2 Hosts and 10 Speakers in each webinar session
  4. Stream pre-recorded video from video library in desktop Safari is not supported
  5. No limit on number of webinar session created for 1 event

 

Polling

  1. Supports up to 6 options per questions

  2. Supports up to 7000 connections

    1. Number of webinar sessions * Number of active users in event site = Total connections for each event

    2. Each webinar session applies polling feature; each user connects all webinar sessions.


Raise Hand

  1. Supports only one attendee to the stage each time

    1. If the host/speakers accept another attendee to the stage, the existing attendee will be removed from the stage without notice

       

Networking Lounge

  1. The chat history will be cleared once you leave and re-enter the table.
  2. Supports up to 500 attendees in the Speed Networking pool
  3. Using mobile with iOS 15 or above for video call
 

 

Although no strict limits are enforced, these best practices will help facilitate an event that runs smoothly for both organizers and attendees alike. For larger scale events, additional steps may be needed which our team can outline with you ahead of time. Our goal is to provide all customers a premium experience, regardless of event size or complexity.
