Use Case : How to add an attachment into the email template?
As a workaround to add an attachment into the manual or automated email templates, organizers can follow the steps below.
- Click on the edit icon to edit the email template.
- On manual email
- On automated email
- Drag and drop the Text field onto the email template.
- Once the text box has been added, simply input a link that directs the attendee to the attachment. For example, organizers can attach a Google Drive link.
