When attendees join a webinar session, they may see the following when:
a. The webinar session has not yet started
b. The live session has started
c. The live session is paused
d. The webinar session has ended
During the live session, the following features are available to attendees:
Attendees can send reactions using the emojis below the screen
Attendees can Mute/Unmute the webinar audio
Attendees can adjust to full screen, but cannot adjust the video quality of hosts or speakers' screen
You may reply, interact or send a message to the chat room even when you are the attendee. Texts and emojis are supported. Click on Public or Webinar chatroom to interact with your chosen group.
You may also delete your sent message from the chat room.
After the message is deleted, it will show "The message was deleted." in the chat room.
Attendees can submit questions in the event page. If the organizer enables Q&A screening, the questions would be pending to be accepted or declined by the hosts or speakers. When a question is accepted then it will be shown to the public under Q&A questions. The attendee who sent the questions will see the status as Pending, Accepted or Declined.
If the question is waiting for approval by Host/Speakers, the attendee who submitted the question would be able to see the status "Pending" under My Questions from the attendees' view.
If the question has been approved by Host/Speakers, the attendee who submitted the question would be able to see the status "Approved" under My Questions from the attendee's view.
If the question has been declined by the Host/Speaker, the attendee who submitted the question will see the status "Declined" under My Questions from the attendee's view.
Attendees can see all proved questions under the question tab.
Attendees are able to submit answers for the polls created by hosts or speakers during webinar sessions. The submitted answers cannot be changed or deleted.
Attendees can submit the answer by clicking Submit Answer.
The polling result will show after attendees submit their answer.
Attendees can use the raise hand function to join a discussion or answer a question during a webinar session. Just click the Raise Hand icon and test your Audio & Camera Setup, then click the Raise Hand button and wait for the hosts or speakers to accept you to join.
Only one participant can be accepted at a time.
Attendees can test the audio and camera setup.
Then wait for the hosts or speakers to pass the mic to the attendees.
If the attendee is accepted, the attendee may join the discussion and be able to see his/her screen as a participant.
Attendees may check the network quality by pointing to the signal icon on the upper left-hand corner of the attendee's screen. It will display information about the network quality.
The video quality of the attendee's own screen can be adjusted.
Attendees may also view and adjust the settings of video & audio, just click the setting icon at the bottom and Check Video & Audio Setup
Attendees may also use the Background Effects- Change or blur your background on screen using the background effects feature.
Attendees may quit the discussion by clicking the Exit button below or removed by the hosts or speakers.
Once there are concurrent live sessions and one of the concurrent live sessions passes the end time, a pop-up message will be shown and will suggest ongoing live sessions for attendees.
If there are several concurrent live sessions that are ongoing, attendees may click the "arrow" to browse different live sessions.

Step 3: Test the audio and camera before raise hand. Attendees can choose from a back camera or a front camera.
Step 4: After clicking "Raise Hand" button, there will be alert showing "Waiting for the host to passing the mic..."
Step 5: If the attendee's raised hand is accepted, the important notice will pop up to remind which functions are not supported in the mobile version. The attendee may join the discussion and be able to see his/her screen as an attendee.
