Manual email recipients' statistics details & Resend Manual Emails

Our EventX2.0 platform integrates with Sendgrid to provide detailed email status for each recipient.

In order to improve the email conversion rate, with just one click, you can resend the same email to attendees who did not open or click the original email. This allows you to re-engage receptive attendees and give them another chance to engage with your content. The "Resend Manual Email" feature makes re-engaging your audience quick and easy so you can optimize your email marketing efforts.

Form Fields

As an event organiser creating multiple registration forms for different purposes, having to configure duplicate fields (questions) in each form and not being able to map those same fields to the same data columns would definitely be tiring and make data analysis difficult.

Here comes the new feature for Form Fields, to allow reusing form fields to any registration form!

For example, you now have fields for basic attendee demographic questions like name, address, email, company, job title, or any custom new fields. You can then reuse those fields to any new form with a single click.

ics calendar file to our manual email is available now!

An ics file enables recipients to save the event details outlined in your email directly to their own digital calendar. Whether they use Google Calendar, Outlook, iCalendar or another calendar service, recipients can simply click to download the ics file attached to your email and their calendar will automatically create an event.

From an organiser's perspective, an ics file is an effective tool to combat "out of sight, out of mind" and reduce no-shows or last minute cancellations from forgetful attendees. This is a simple enhancement that can help increase registration and attendance at your events.
