Why the print out label size is bigger than the size that I set?
Print out label is bigger than the size I set in the platform
At this moment, there are 4 types of label size that can be selected for the name badge.
However, why is it the print out label is bigger than the size that I set in the platform?
There's some reasons that you may need to concern:
1. When input the new label, the printer will have to adjust the location of the first few labels printing.
Solutions: Please try a few times before it's on the correct location.
2. The location of the label stand may not in a proper position.
Solution: Please make sure that the label stand should be well installed in the printer. You may take it out and try to install it again.
3. The version of the iPad may not be updated even iTunes stated it's most updated.
Solution: Please check it's the Updated version 2.2.5 and you may need to uninstall the app and re-installed it again if it's not.
