How to Ensure Attendee Receiving 720p/1080p video in Zoom Webinar?

When organiser is using Zoom Webinar, what conditions are needed for attendee to receive 720p/1080p video?

  1. Enable HD video in webinar settings
  2. Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise zoom account

  3. Put the meeting window in full-screen mode.

  4. Using active speaker view

  5. Bandwidth requirement: Group video calls: 2.6Mbps / 1.8Mbps (up/down)

  6. At least one attendee must be meeting requirements for sending HD
