  1. In-person check-in toggle is now toggled ON by default for In-person events

    1. For in-person events, the in-person check-in toggle will be toggled on by default once the event is created.



  2. Registration flow 

    1. Wording enhancement 

      1. When the attendee enters a registered email address on the registration form and clicks Email me a login link, the message content is now updated to display as shown below.




    2. Maximum ticket limitation in one registration 

      1. Attendees will only be able to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per purchase on the registration form.
  3. Tickets can be disabled/inactive

    1. Organizers can now choose to disable certain tickets. Please contact your project manager if this feature is needed. 
  4. Show filtering rule/logics on attendee list filter 

    1. Under More Filters, there are the "OR" & "AND" wordings to indicate how the filtering system works. Items within the same filter category will be filtered based on the OR logic while items across different filter categories will use the AND logic.
       

  5. Check-in App allows to use "Attended" filter to check the statistics for a particular filter/session

    1. By clicking on the Attended filter on the check-in app, the organizer will be able to view the attendance of the particular session or filter that is applied. 

  6. Attendee list columns fully show all pre-created fields on registration form

    1. A bug fix has been done to ensure that all the default fields in the registration form will be shown on the attendee list. Organizers can choose if they would like to hide the fields by clicking on the icon shown below. 



  7. Length of ticket description affects ticket quantity number field 

    1. A bug fix has been done to ensure that the length of ticket description does not affect the ticket purchase mechanism. 
  8. Improved speed for lead capture users using iOS 15.X to scan attendee QR Code

    1. The lead capture feature has been optimized to improve the speed for users with iOS 15. 
  9. Scheduled push notifications can be received by attendees at scheduled time 

    1. If the organizer schedules a push notification, the attendees will only be able to view it at the scheduled time. Before the scheduled time, attendees are only able to view the push notification history.
  10. BNEF Summit: Attendee unable to register if the email address contains space 

    1. The system is now able to register email addresses with a space at the front of the email address. 
  11. Varying booth card size  

    1. All booths with the same thumbnail size will appear similar in size on the event site regardless of the length of the booth name. 


  12. Event build template for creating speakers and assign webinar sessions 

    1. There is now a standardized template for event build purpose to cater for speaker and webinar session upload. This is to improve the efficiency of large data uploads.
  13. Handling for removed attendee 

    1. Check-in app is forever loading when scanning attendee QR Code that has been removed from attendee list 

      1. A fix has been deployed to solve the issue where the check-in app keeps loading after the attendee check-in QR Code is scanned. When the check-in app scans an attendee QR Code that is not found from the current attendee list, there will be an automatic data sync and the process will only take up to 10 seconds.


    2. Expired QR Code

      1. A list of error messages for certain scenarios has been identified and presented in this article.
