EventX Virtual platform is not only limited to doing events online. Check out how you can use EventX for your Hybrid or Physical event.
To use the EventX Virtual platform for a physical event, do these steps:
Step 1: On the organizer portal, enable the In-person Check-in function.
Step 2: You may already start adding Breakout Sessions if your event has several sessions that has different groups of attendees. To add a new breakout session, click on + Add Session.
Step 3: Create a ticket and set the Breakout Room access if needed. To know more regarding how to create a ticket and assign the ticket access to different attendees, please refer to this article.
Step 4: Set up Ticket details such as price, permission, ticket sale period, ticket description and message for attendee.
Note: Each attendees will receive a unique QR code attached in the confirmation email for physical check-in.
Webinar Permission Access
- Organizers can select the virtual sessions that the ticket holder is able to access.
Physical Session Access
- Organizers can create a breakout room under In-person Check-in to check-in specific ticket holders into the session that is held in-person. Under the breakout room, they can assign certain ticket type holders as the participants.
