Steps to Implement

1. Connect to EventX scanner:

   • Begin by pairing your Android device with the Bluetooth EventX scanner.
     
     
     

2. Enable Lead Capture User:

   • Navigate to the portal and go to the "People List."
     
   • Select the attendee you wish to enable lead capture for and click "Edit."
   • 
     
   • Turn on the "Enable to Lead Capture User" option.

3. Copy and Share the Magic Link:

   • Once lead capture is enabled, a magic link will be generated. Copy this link and share it with the relevant personnel or use it yourself.

4. Open Magic Link on Android Device:

   • Open the magic link on your Android device connected to the Bluetooth scanner. This link will direct you to the lead capture interface. Then click “Scan Attendee”.

5. Scan Attendees' QR Codes:

   • Begin scanning attendees' QR codes using the EventX scanner. The interface allows for continuous scanning, enabling you to capture multiple leads efficiently.

6. Add Tags and Notes:

   • After scanning, you have the option to add tags and notes for each attendee. This feature is useful for categorizing and adding important details for future reference.

Export Lead Capture List

• Go to the Lead Capture List and Export the List:

  • Navigate to the main page. Select “Lead Capture List”.

  • Click the "Export" button, the list will be sent to your email address.
