Post Event Report

The post-event report also knows as the event summary gathers all the success metrics and other data that illustrate the performance of your event. The report can help you determine if the event achieved its measurable goals, determining whether the target audiences attended the event.

Remark: 
1. Analytics tracking events are only being tracked under in-event site
(after clicking "Enter Event" on the event landing page)

What kind of data does the event report cover?

Attendee list

  • Attendee profile details, eg. full name, email, phone number, title, company etc.
  • Custom question-answer filled from the form
  • Attendee status
  • Ticket type
  • Role
  • Registered time
  • Attended online event time
  • Physical event check-in time

Overall Statistic

  • Number of the event page view
  • Can track the number of views in lobby, hall, schedule, speaker, booth, product, networking lounge, public chat room
  • Can track the number of views for each webinar live sessions, on-demand sessions, booths, speakers profile, product details, networking lounge tables and chat rooms

Staying time by attendee

  • Attendee EventX user email 
  • The length of time each unique attendee stayed on the event page
  • Event page link and page name visited by the Attendee

Page view by attendee

  • Attendee EventX user email 
  • Event page link and page name visited by the Attendee 
  • Number of times the attendee visited the specific page/ page link
  • Total count of visits each attendee made on different pages on the event site throughout the event.
  • Grand total of views from every attendee covering all pages (Lobby, Booths, Schedule, Products, Webinar session, speakers etc)

Booth report

  • Attendee EventX user email
  • Booth name and page link
  • Video chat table visited or joined by attendee
  • Number of views made by each attendee
  • Total number of views received by each booth
  • The booth report will be in XLS file format.
