Ticket Currency and Payment Methods

EventX offers a wide range of currency and payment method for the organizers who organize  ticket selling events.

The default currency is set to USD. Once a ticket is sold, you will not be able to make any modifications. EventX currently supports the following currency and payment methods:

Supported Currency:

  • Hong Kong dollar (HKD)
  • Indonesian rupiah (IDR)
  • Japanese yen (JPY)
  • South Korean won (KRW)
  • Malaysian ringgit (MYR)
  • Philippine peso (PHP)
  • Singapore dollar (SGD)
  • Thai baht (THB)
  • New Taiwan dollar (TWD)
  • United States Dollar (USD)
  • Vietnamese dong (VND)

Payment Methods:

  • Visa card
  • Mastercard
  • American express
  • Union pay

Setup a currency for your event ticket

Step 1: Click the Event Settings under Event Setting and go to General Settings tab. You will find Event Currency on the setting page.

Step 2: Click the drop-down arrow. Choose the currency you want to use. The default currency is set to USD. Once a ticket is sold, you will not be able to make any modifications to the ticket name and ticket price.


Remember to click "Save" after you make any changes
