Troubleshooting Video upload issue

In some instances, you experience some issues when uploading videos for your event. Check out some information that you need to know to avoid getting issues during the upload process.

Please follow the Recommended upload encoding settings

Remarks:

1. To help you have more information about the video that you would like to upload such as size, filetype, bitrate or other details about your video you may analyze the video on this site https://www.metadata2go.com/ 

2. . When the video is too large. Consider compressing the video (you may do the video compression via https://www.freeconvert.com/video-converter) and try re-uploading the video again.

For Video Library

Format: MP4 (Video codec:H264)
Bitrate: Less than 2000 kbps
Resolution: Less than or equal to 720p
