Invitation

Invite Your Own List (Public Event)

  1. Click "Invite Attendees"

  2. Fill in the email address of your invited guest

  3. You can customise the Email Template for Invitation

  4. Invited attendee will receive a Invitation Email
  5. The invited attendee will need to fill in the form. The email address will be pre-filled. If the invited attendee completed the registration, the Register Now button on email will become a magiclink login URL.
     
  6. The system will turn the attendee from invited to registered. This is identified by the email address field.
     

You may pre-fill the attendee data using this way.

Invite Your Own List (Private Event)

  1. Select Invitation Only on the event setting.
  2. Import the attendee list that is entitled to join the event
  3. Share out the event invitation link with your guest. Only the attendee email that matched your event attendee list able to register and login.

On the event landing page, only entitled email address will allow to register the event.

 

RSVP

Attendee will be in "RSVP invited" status, if added in this way.

After the attendee clicked the URL and submitted the registration, the status will become "RSVP registered"

  1. Will my attendee have a unique e-ticket with check-in QR code?
    Yes, all of the 6 ways above will create a unqiue check-in QR code for each attendee.
  2. Can I import attendee via API, or from other platform (eg. Eventbrite, etc)
