Introduction

Epson printers are now supported for badge printing, allowing event organizers to print badges onsite using compatible Epson devices. This update expands printer compatibility and supports a more reliable onsite check-in workflow.

Why Epson?

  • Photo badge support
    Enables printing badges with attendee photos to support identity verification and improve onsite management.

  • Full-color badge printing
    Allows clear visual differentiation between delegates, speakers, and staff through full-color badge designs.

  • Teslin paper compatibility
    Supports badge printing on Teslin paper, which is waterproof, tear-resistant, and suitable for extended or multi-day events.

  • At this stage, Epson printers do not support self-setup by clients.
