How to solve showing Black/Green or other colors of screen on audience side while streaming video?

Possible solutions for the Host:

  • Make sure your drivers are using the latest version

  • Restart browser

  • Disable hardware acceleration in your browser

     

How to disable hardware acceleration in my browser?

Step 1: Click on menu icon and go to Settingsstreaming1.png

 

Step 2: In the Settings tab, click on Advanced > System

Step 3: By default, the hardware acceleration is enabled. Click the toggle to turn off and then click "Relaunch" to reopen the browser to apply the changes.

Note: Make sure all current jobs are saved as the browser will be closed without saving
