I already signed up for an account but still unable to enter the event during event live period
In order to join the event, attendees will need to use the same email address where they received the invitation email to sign up for an account.
If you used a different email address to sign up you will not able to enter the event, please log out from your current account first.
Step 2: Click the "Log Out" button.
Once you click "Log out" you will be brought back to the EventX account Login page.
You may need to open the event landing page from the invitation email by clicking the action button.
Click the "Join Now" button on the event landing page.
You will direct to the EventX account login page, please click the Sign up now to sign up for an account with the invited email address. To know more about the following steps, you may refer to here.
