Organisers are given access to a pre-event dashboard where they can view comprehensive data on their event.
Pre-event data can be found on the dashboard page under the Pre-event tab.
You can view the following on the Pre-event dashboard:
- Total and breakdown of registered attendees from different registraion forms
- Total and breakdown of tickets sold
- Ticket revenue that includes:
- Actual income
- Total ticket revenue
- Add-on item purchases
- Promo code usage
- Live and on-demand webinar sessions created
- Number of Speakers added
- Number of Networking Tables available
- Number of Booths created
- Number of Products added
To view the statistics, hover over the chart to see the respective numbers. For example, to view the number of registrants that registered via the Registration Form, hover over the respective pie chart segment.
