Steps To Enable

On Stripe

  1. Login to your Stripe account > go to Settings > Payments



  2. Enable Apple Pay and Google Pay

Special Handling For Apple Pay

Aside from enabling the toggle on Stripe, organizers will need to add the domains listed below into their Stripe account settings. 
  1. spot.eventx.io
  2. spot.eventx.com.cn
  3. Custom domain
    1. If your event is using a custom domain as part of our Whitelabel package, it needs to be included as well. For example, if the event link shown under Event Settings > Basic Event Info > Event Link is as in screenshot below, please also input rsvp.sgpetfestival.com into your Stripe account settings.

Steps

  1. Login to your Stripe account > click on the Settings icon > click Payments



  2. Click on Payment method domains > Add a new domain



On EventX Portal 

  1. Go to Payment Methods > connect to your stripe account or use EventX Payment Gateway



  2. Click Manage > click on the dropdown selection > enable Apple Pay and Google Pay

  3. Click Save once done.

Layout On Registration Form

Apple Pay or Google Pay will be shown as a payment option on the registration form once enabled.
