Can EventX support concurrent logins?
When users log into the same account on multiple devices, there will be a popup message to alert them that their account has been logged in on another device.
Who will see this popup message?
- Assuming there are 2 devices accessing the same account, the 2nd device will receive the pop-up message. To view the time that the 1st device was last active, refer to the highlighted section below.
What does the user need to do?
- To continue using the current device that received the popup message, click Continue Login in this device. To be logged out of the current device, click on Do nothing.
- By clicking Do nothing, the user will be directed to the landing page of the event.
