Enable Stripe Tax Calculation

Setup On Stripe

To set up tax settings on Stripe, please refer to this article. 

Setup On EventX Portal

  1. Go to Payment Method > Click Manage



  2. Select the registered tax location and toggle on Enable automatic tax calculation.
    1. Remarks
      1. Organizers can choose to toggle on/off Prices include tax. 
      2. The Registered tax location will be based on your Stripe configurations. 



  3. Once enabled, the tax information will be shown on the Order Summary Email.

    Remark: If your event is created before 11th June 2025, please contact your project manager if you would like this information to be shown.
